Phase 4

In Phase IV, clients are transitioned back into their communities and afforded the opportunity to practice the recovery skills they have learned from the Drug Court Program.

Clients will be drug screened randomly. Intensive community monitoring by the compliance officer will assist the program in determining if a client is successfully transitioning back into their communities. Should a client present some indication that a more intensive treatment regimen is needed, the client will appear before the judge with an appropriate recommendation.

Once a client has successfully shown his or her ability o live drug free without the benefit of intensive treatment, that client will be recommended for graduation
